Custom systems, automation, dashboards, AI workflows, and practical platforms built for real work
Built around how you actually work
Your business is unique. Your systems should be too.
Most organizations do not need another disconnected tool. They need a system that fits the way their people already work. Joynity Labs builds websites, custom apps, portals, dashboards, automation, AI assisted workflows, and operations systems that make the work easier to see, manage, and improve.

Selected work and active builds
The work tells the story better than a list of services.
Every one of these started with a real operating need. We listened to how the work was happening, found the friction, then used technology where it could make a practical difference.
Flagship operations platform
BatteryOps
Built for real field operations where batteries move quickly and accountability matters. BatteryOps supports checkouts, returns, outstanding inventory, late behavior, alerts, dashboards, payroll workflows, and partner expansion.
Technology strategy for a growing mechanical contractor where operational systems, cybersecurity, compliance, and field realities all have to work together.

Joynity Labs also develops proposals and assessments for organizations evaluating digital ecosystems, individual giving infrastructure, operational modernization, and AI assisted workflows. Proposal work is not represented here as completed client work.
What Labs builds
Bring me the messy workflow. We can work from there.
Labs is strongest when the problem sits between operations and technology and the standard tools do not quite fit. That is usually where a custom system can remove the most friction.
01
Custom business systems
Internal apps, intake tools, client portals, program trackers, field workflows, approvals, and role based experiences.
02
Dashboards that explain
Executive views that show metrics, trends, exceptions, who needs attention, and what decision should happen next.
03
Automation and AI workflows
Follow ups, summaries, reminders, routing, approvals, content support, and internal operating assistance that helps people work smarter.
04
Nonprofit operating systems
Donor, volunteer, sponsor, event, resource, program, and board visibility workflows designed for mission driven teams.
05
Operations intelligence
Asset movement, field accountability, return behavior, payroll support, exception management, and capacity visibility.
06
Implementation and cleanup
System reviews, workflow redesign, migration planning, adoption support, SOPs, and practical roadmaps for what should happen next.
Built in the work
Flagship proof point
BatteryOps started with a simple question: who has the batteries, what is late, and what needs attention?
It did not start as a software idea. It started inside a real operation. The system grew around battery movement, warehouse accountability, late returns, operator questions, payroll needs, and the information people needed to make decisions quickly.
Know who has batteries out and what is overdue
Track checkouts, returns, exceptions, and accountability
Support automated text communication and operational follow up
Turn weekly task data into payroll ready outputs
Use dashboards to show throughput, return behavior, and operating capacity
Expand toward partner licensing through Powered by Joynity
The platform is the tool. The workflow is the strategy.
Zoho Creator is one of the tools I use because it can move quickly from an idea to forms, workflows, portals, dashboards, automation, and production apps without making every project heavier than it needs to be.
But the platform never comes first. Labs starts with the business problem, then connects Creator with CRM, Analytics, Books, Desk, WorkDrive, Twilio, Microsoft 365, and other systems when the workflow calls for it.
No mystery and no giant consulting exercise. Every project starts with a source of truth, a clear next action, and a deliberate line between what is specific to the client and what can become reusable Joynity IP.
1
Clarify
Define the real problem, users, current workflow, constraints, success criteria, and what is not in scope.
2
Map
Lay out intake, data, roles, approvals, handoffs, notifications, reports, and exceptions before building too much.
3
Build
Create the smallest useful production system with clean structure, practical testing, and room to improve.
4
Improve
Measure what changed, fix friction, document the work, and decide what can become a reusable asset.
Powered by Joynity
When we solve the same kind of problem twice, I start looking at what can be reused.
Labs handles the client specific system. When the pattern is proven, Powered by Joynity becomes the path for reusable portals, white label implementations, private licensing, partner packages, templates, and playbooks.

Founder led from the first conversation through the build
Senior level thinking from someone who stays close to the work.
Joynity Labs is founder led. I stay close to the work from discovery through implementation, bringing more than 20 years across infrastructure, cloud, support, systems architecture, nonprofit technology, operations, vendors, security, and organizational change.
Joynity Labs designs practical systems that help organizations engage people, organize work, and optimize resources.
Show me the workflow that keeps slowing the team down.
Bring the spreadsheet, screenshots, current process, or handoff everyone keeps working around. We can decide what should be simplified, automated, connected, or built and what is better left alone.
