Use this Legal Center as the public home for Joynity policies

This Legal Center supports Joynity as the parent brand and the connected divisions: Joynity Labs, Joynity Protect, Joynity Care, Joynity Moments, and Powered by Joynity. BatteryOps is treated as a Joynity Labs system with a Powered by Joynity licensing path.

Use lowercase URLs where possible. For Twilio or another SMS provider, use the public Privacy Policy and Terms URLs from this Legal Center.

Before publishing

  • Add Joynity's valid business mailing address or approved business mailbox to email footer templates and any public policy page where you want it displayed.
  • Connect unsubscribe handling in Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, or your chosen email platform.
  • Set SMS consent checkboxes to unchecked by default and store consent timestamp, source, language version, and opt out status in Zoho.
  • Use service messages for BatteryOps. Do not use operational SMS consent for marketing blasts.
