The story behind it
A familiar book. A gentler way to help.
Joynity Moments grew from helping care for someone close to me. I saw how much his wife carried each day, including having to repeat reminders about routines and the people coming to visit.
My first instinct was technology. Electronic reminders helped at first, but over time they could frustrate him. He also disliked reminders posted around the house. So I began showing him simple pages in a book: a familiar face, who was coming that day, or a gentle reminder about his routine. We could look at the page together and return to it whenever he needed.
The family handles the technology. Their loved one holds something familiar.
As his life moved from home to a hospital stay and then residential care, the pages changed with him. The book became a familiar place for the people, information, and reassurance he needed that day.
That experience shaped Joynity Moments. Dignity, connection, and familiar information come first. The family can collect photos and stories, review what belongs, and keep the information current behind the scenes. Their loved one has something personal to hold and revisit.

The design idea is a durable book with a rail that holds removable page packs. Families could add a new chapter without starting the whole book again.
This is a development concept, not a finished product available for delivery today. Production timing and the Founder Edition terms are confirmed before payment.

The public family page shows approved stories and the reminders chosen for sharing. The Share a Moment button gives family and friends a way to contribute.
The family sharing link or QR code helps people find their way in. Keep private care and contact details out of the public page.
03 · Choose what belongs
The family stays part of the process.
Pending contributions have their own place. Approved memories appear together, and In Book labels identify selected stories.
A submitted memory is a starting point. The people who know your loved one decide what belongs in their collection.
04 · Make familiar information easier to return to
More than a collection of photos.
Help Me Remember brings related information into familiar topics: safety reminders, comfort, things to remember, and people I know.
The family prepares the information. Their loved one can return to a familiar page without having to navigate the whole app.
