This Privacy Policy explains how Joynity LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a form, book a service, use a Joynity service, access a portal, communicate with us, or participate in a Joynity project.

Information we may collect

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and preferred contact method.
  • Service details such as project notes, support requests, appointment details, division interest, account preferences, operational records, and service history.
  • Billing details such as invoices, payment status, subscription status, purchase history, and transaction references. Payment card details are handled by payment processors when applicable.
  • Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, site activity, cookies, analytics events, and related usage data.
  • Content you choose to provide, such as uploaded files, photos, memories, stories, support notes, screenshots, feedback, form responses, and messages.
  • BatteryOps operational information when applicable, such as warehouse location, checkout records, return records, battery counts, overdue status, driver or Sub LP contact details, and exception notes.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To schedule consultations, appointments, projects, support sessions, and operational follow ups.
  • To operate Joynity Labs, Joynity Protect, Joynity Care, Joynity Moments, Powered by Joynity, and BatteryOps services.
  • To send service updates, appointment reminders, support notices, account notices, billing notices, operational alerts, and requested communications.
  • To improve our website, workflows, forms, dashboards, customer support, and service quality.
  • To protect our services, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal, security, contractual, or business requirements.

SMS and mobile information

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Joynity may send SMS or MMS messages related to your inquiry, appointment, account, support request, service plan, billing notice, operational alert, BatteryOps workflow, or other requested communication.

Joynity does not sell mobile phone numbers. Mobile opt in information and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may help Joynity deliver messages, operate systems, provide customer support, or manage communications, but they are not authorized to use mobile opt in information for their own marketing.

Email communication

If you provide an email address, Joynity may use it to respond to you, provide services, send account notices, share project information, deliver support updates, send invoices, or provide requested information. Marketing emails are sent only when permitted by law and applicable consent rules. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting Joynity.

How we share information

Joynity may share information with trusted service providers that help operate the business, such as website hosting, Zoho services, Twilio or other messaging platforms, email providers, scheduling tools, remote support tools, billing providers, analytics services, cloud storage, security tools, and customer management systems. Joynity may also share information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to enforce agreements, or as part of a business transfer.

What we do not do

  • Joynity does not sell personal information for money.
  • Joynity does not require SMS marketing consent as a condition of purchase or service.
  • Joynity does not ask for passwords through public website forms.
  • Joynity does not provide emergency response, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or guaranteed security outcomes through its general services.

Cookies and analytics

Joynity may use cookies, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies to understand site performance, improve content, remember preferences, support security, and measure outreach. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, though some website features may not work as expected.

Data retention

Joynity uses practical administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards based on the service and information involved. No website, email system, SMS platform, support tool, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • You can use unsubscribe links in marketing emails where provided.
  • You can contact Joynity to request access, correction, deletion, or updates to your information.
  • Some requests may be limited by legal, security, contractual, recordkeeping, or operational requirements.

Children and minors

Joynity services are not intended for unsupervised use by children. If a service involves family content, memories, photos, or caregiver related information about a minor, the person submitting the information must have appropriate authority or permission.
