Purpose
Joynity Moments helps families collect, organize, approve, preserve, and share memories, stories, photos, tribute content, caregiver notes, and related materials. These Memory Submission Terms apply when you submit content through a QR code, public form, family portal, email, upload, or other Joynity Moments workflow.
Your responsibility
By submitting memory content, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to submit it, and that your submission does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, publicity rights, family wishes, or legal rights.
Types of content
- Stories, written memories, reflections, quotes, and family messages.
- Photos, captions, dates, locations, and relationship details.
- Tribute book content, print requests, and approved family materials.
- Care related reminders, practical notes, and family support information when approved.
Family approval
Public memory submissions are not automatically family approved content. Family admins or approved reviewers may review, approve, reject, edit, organize, archive, or remove submitted content before it appears in a book, public page, private family view, or printed material.
Privacy and consent
Do not submit sensitive personal information, medical details, private family conflict, financial details, addresses, or private information about another person unless you have appropriate permission and the information is necessary for the requested Joynity Moments service.
Photos and likeness
If you submit a photo or image, you confirm that you have permission to share it for the requested Joynity Moments purpose. Joynity may use approved images to create family materials, tribute books, printed products, QR linked pages, or related deliverables requested by the family admin or customer.
License to use submitted content
You grant Joynity permission to store, process, format, edit for clarity, display, print, export, and use submitted content as needed to provide the requested Joynity Moments service. You retain ownership of content you own.
Removal requests
If you believe content should be removed or corrected, contact Joynity or the family admin. Some content may already have been printed, exported, shared, or archived before a removal request is received.
No emergency or medical service
Joynity Moments may support family reminders, memory preservation, and practical information sharing. It is not an emergency service, medical service, clinical service, or substitute for professional care.
