Email consent
By providing your email address, you may receive emails from Joynity related to your inquiry, appointment, project, account, support request, invoice, purchase, service plan, portal access, or requested information. Marketing emails are sent when permitted by law and applicable consent rules.
Types of email Joynity may send
- Service replies and customer support messages.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Project updates, proposals, invoices, and account notices.
- Portal invitations, login instructions, and onboarding information.
- Newsletters, tips, product updates, service announcements, and offers when permitted.
- BatteryOps onboarding, support, account, and operational notices.
Marketing emails
If you opt in to marketing emails or if another lawful basis applies, Joynity may send emails about services, products, events, useful tips, announcements, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting Joynity.
Transactional and service emails
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, Joynity may still send non marketing messages related to active services, account access, invoices, support, legal notices, security notices, or requested transactions.
Unsubscribe and preferences
Marketing emails should include a clear unsubscribe option. You can also request changes to your email preferences by contacting hello@joynity.app.
Sender information
Joynity marketing emails should identify Joynity as the sender and include required contact information, including a valid physical postal address where required. Before sending marketing emails, add Joynity's valid business mailing address or approved business mailbox to your email footer template.
Imported contacts
Joynity should only import contacts into email marketing systems when there is a lawful basis or permission to contact them. Purchased, scraped, rented, or improperly collected lists should not be used.
