Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Joynity websites, forms, portals, apps, support tools, dashboards, QR forms, public submission pages, and related services.
Allowed use
You may use Joynity services for lawful, respectful, authorized, and service related purposes. You should submit accurate information and use each system for its intended purpose.
Prohibited use
- Submitting false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, exploitative, or harmful content.
- Uploading malware, malicious links, unauthorized scripts, or harmful files.
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, dashboards, forms, records, or data without permission.
- Using Joynity systems to spam, scam, phish, impersonate, or mislead others.
- Submitting private information about another person without proper permission or authority.
- Interfering with website operations, portals, forms, SMS systems, email systems, or third party tools.
- Copying, scraping, reselling, licensing, or redistributing Joynity content or systems without written permission.
Public submissions
When a Joynity service allows public or shared submissions, contributors are responsible for ensuring they have permission to submit the content. Joynity may remove, reject, edit, archive, or restrict content that violates this policy or creates privacy, safety, legal, or reputational concerns.
BatteryOps acceptable use
BatteryOps users must use the system for accurate warehouse, checkout, return, reporting, and operational activity. Users should not falsify records, bypass kiosk workflows, use someone else's account, or intentionally create inaccurate transaction history.
Enforcement
Joynity may suspend access, remove content, reject submissions, notify account owners, or take other appropriate action if this policy is violated.
