Does Joynity send text messages?
Joynity may send text messages when someone separately agrees to receive them or when allowed for a requested service. Message types may include appointments, support updates, reminders, account notices, and BatteryOps operational alerts. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where supported.
Does Joynity send marketing emails?
Joynity may send newsletters, updates, tips, announcements, and offers when permitted. Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe option.
Is BatteryOps part of Joynity?
Yes. BatteryOps is managed under Joynity Labs and has a Powered by Joynity licensing path for partner implementations.
Is Joynity an emergency service?
No. Joynity is not an emergency service. For emergencies or immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Does Joynity provide medical advice?
No. Joynity Care and Joynity Moments may support coordination, reminders, family communication, and practical workflows, but they do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice unless a licensed provider is separately engaged for that purpose.
Does Joynity guarantee cybersecurity?
No. Joynity Protect and Joynity Labs can support practical security hygiene, updates, monitoring, and remote help, but no service can guarantee complete security or elimination of risk.
