Purpose
BatteryOps messages are operational messages related to battery movement, warehouse activity, checkout records, return records, due reminders, overdue alerts, account status, support, login instructions, and system coordination. BatteryOps is a Joynity Labs system with a Powered by Joynity licensing path.
Who may receive messages
BatteryOps messages may be sent to authorized drivers, Sub LP contacts, warehouse operators, operations managers, administrators, or approved business contacts whose mobile number is connected to BatteryOps activity.
Types of BatteryOps messages
- Battery checkout confirmation.
- Battery return confirmation.
- Due soon reminder.
- Overdue battery notice.
- Restricted account or review notice.
- Warehouse exception alert.
- Login, onboarding, or support instructions.
- Manager escalation notice when a record needs review.
No marketing through operational consent
BatteryOps operational SMS consent is not marketing consent. Joynity will not use BatteryOps operational consent to send unrelated promotional text messages unless a separate marketing consent has been collected where required.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Active warehouse days, battery checkouts, late returns, overdue records, restricted accounts, or exception reviews may result in more frequent messages.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
Opt out
You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages. If you opt out, you may still need to use the BatteryOps app, portal, email, phone, or warehouse process for operational notices. Opting out of SMS does not remove your responsibility to follow applicable operational procedures or return requirements.

Canada and cross border messaging
BatteryOps may support users in the United States and Canada. Commercial or promotional electronic messages may require additional consent, identification, and unsubscribe handling depending on the recipient location. Operational BatteryOps messages should remain limited to service and workflow notices unless separate marketing consent is collected.
Data handling
BatteryOps may store operational records such as names, phone numbers, warehouse locations, checkout and return times, overdue status, battery counts, exception notes, and alert history. These records are used for operational visibility, accountability, support, reporting, and service improvement.
Delivery limits
Message delivery depends on mobile carriers, provider systems, network status, device status, and other factors outside Joynity control. BatteryOps SMS is a support tool and should not be treated as the only required operational control.
